About Sigiriya

The day will start with a trip to the Sigiriya Lion Rock. Sigiriya is labelled as the Eighth Wonder of The World and is located in the Central Province of Sri Lanka. Sigiriya, labelled as the Eighth Wonder of the World, is the best preserved city centre in Asia from the 1st millennium and the best known monument here is undoubtedly the rock fortress of Sigiriya also known as the Sigiriya Lion Rock. 

Minneriya National Park

Being part of the elephant corridor which joins up with Kaudulla and Wasgomuwa parks, Minneriya National Park gives the opportunity to see herds of Elephants throughout the year.May to October is the best period to visit Minneriya National Park in view of the famous Gathering of the wild elephants.

Day 04 Kandy City tour
  • After Breakfast proceed to Tooth Relic Temple in Kandy.

  • Visit Royal Botanical Garden in Peradeniya.

  • Visit Bahirawakanda Buddha Statue.

  • Visit Gem Musium & evening Cultural Show

  • Dinner & overnight stay in Kandy.

About Tooth Relic Temple

You will then be taken to visit the monumental Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy. Enclosed by a parapet of white stone dating to the beginning of the 19th century, are the city's official religious monuments, the Royal Palace and the Temple of the Tooth.

About Royal Botanicle Garden

It was formally established in 1843 and its origins date as far back as 1371, the Botanical gardens was developed towards the enlightenment of concepts of floriculture conservation, birdlife conservation, butterfly conservation, biodiversity and sustainability of the island and is situated on approximately 150 acres 

Day 06 nuwaraeliya to colombo
  • After Breakfast proceed to Colombo

  • Visit Colombo ( Colombo City Tour)

  • Shopping 

  • Dinner & overnight stay in Colombo

About Elephant Orphanage 

Let us start the day by visiting the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage which is an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants. The orphanage was opened in 1975 to provide shelter and care for orphaned baby elephants found wandering around the jungles of Sri Lanka and was established by the Sri Lanka Department of Wildlife Conservation.

Habarana

After immersing yourself in the history of Sri Lanka and marvelling at the amazing engineering and artistic wonders of the ancient world, let us now go visitHabarana. 

Day 03 Habarana to Kandy
  • After Breakfast proceed to Kandy.

  • En Route visit Dambulla Cave Temple.

  • Visit Herbal Spice Garden in Mathale.

  • Dinner & overnight stay in Kandy.

About Dambulla Temple

You will then be taken for a bit cave exploration at the Dambulla Cave Temple Complex. Dambulla is an ancient city with a history of early inhabitants reaching as far back as 7th to 3rd century BC. 

About Herbal Garden

On the way, a visit to the Ayurvedic Herbal Spice Garden is a must in order to understand the root of a branch of Science known as Ayurveda. Sri Lanka has been associated with Ayurveda since the 3rd Century BCE and is not only a form of medication but rather a complete way of life to generations of Sri Lankans.

Day 05 Kandy to nuwaraeliya
  • After Breakfast proceed to Nuwaraeliya

  • En Route visit Tea Gardens & Tea factory 

  • Visit Water falls

  • Dinner & overnight stay in Nuwaraeliya
